A $10 fee will apply to each additional person above the age of 12

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for reservations during "In Season" and "Off Season" periods. A 100% deposit is required at time of booking for stays during "Holiday Season" periods.

Cancellation
All reservations must be cancelled 21 days prior to arrival for bookings during "In Season" and "Off Season" periods, after which no refunds will be allowed.

For reservations booked during "Holiday Season" periods, cancellations must be made 60 days prior to avoid forfeiture of deposit. If cancellation is made within 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
