Our hotel – consisting of 14 total rooms – several of those double – sleeps up to 35 overnight guests. Each room has a full en suite bathroom AND magnificent oceanfront views from a private porch/balcony. 

It’s one of the few places in the Caribbean – let alone on Eleuthera – open exclusively to a single party of that many guests. If there are more than 35 attendees for your celebration, ceremony, or dinner, our property can comfortably accommodate 200+ guests. With no nearby neighbors, the festivities can carry on well into the wee hours without issue.

It’s also in a prime location, directly on a postcard-perfect beach of powder-soft sand and celeste crystalline waters. It’s also conveniently within 1 mile of Governor’s Harbour Airport (GHB) and the main town of Governor’s Harbour. Guests get the benefit of close proximity to well-stocked grocery stores, island mom-and-pop gift shops, highly-rated restaurants, and the legendary Friday Night Fish Fry/live music dance party downtown. It’s also a hop-skip to the island’s must-see tourist attractions like Sapphire Blue Hole, Preacher’s Cave, the Glass Window Bridge, and Queen’s Bath (aka The Hot Tubs).

Our boutique beach resort staffed daily with housekeepers and management to ensure you have all you need. We also have a fully-equipped commercial kitchen on site, and we welcome chefs, cooks, and caterers to use our facilities to make daily or one-off special meals for your group (they’ll have access to some of the freshest seafood, fruits, and vegetables you’ve ever tasted). Many find that having a kitchen staff on site makes it SO much easier for everyone to sit back and truly enjoy themselves – no tedious planning/coordinating with a large group about what everyone wants to eat or finding a place large enough to accommodate your whole party.

Custom Celebrations, Sunset Soirees, and Beach Bonfires

Our boutique beach resort can accommodate anything from upscale, elegant sunset soirees with full-table service of champagne, filet, and lobster tail to laid-back beach bonfires with barbeque, burgers, and local Bahamian beers. 

The clubhouse features a full bar area – and we have amazing local bartenders available for hire – as well as a surround sound speaker system. Indoor seating is available for up to 40 people, and there’s also expansive deck seating with expansive views of the sparkling waterfront stretching across the horizon. Tables, chairs, tents, decorations, lighting, fans, dancefloors, and DJ/live music can also be set up on the beach. 

Set up a projector to display a video mash-up for memories, or a table to display photo collages and other mementos. Pick out a large picture frame, and have all the guests sign the mat board with well-wishes. Later, the guest(s) of honor can frame their favorite images from the trip to remember the magic of the revelry.

  • Caribbean Carnival. Think colorful costumes, lively music, festive decorations. Create a parade-like atmosphere with lively dance performances and interactive games for everyone to enjoy.
